Digital products (the Family Shield Kit and guides)
We want you to feel genuinely more prepared and protected. If a digital product you purchased from us doesn't do that for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No complicated forms, no hard feelings. You may keep the materials.
Membership subscriptions
Our membership is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time in a couple of clicks, or by emailing us — your access then continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend (for example, you meant to cancel), contact us within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout. We aim to reply within two business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
